Justine holds a B.A. in English from Virginia Tech and most recently served as an executive assistant/office manager for a law firm in Houston. While she finds fulfillment in her professional endeavors, particularly in innovation-driven fields, her heart also forever remains tethered to the volleyball court. With experiences as a former professional volleyball player in France and NCAA Division I student-athlete, she immediately transitioned into coaching, driven by a genuine desire to support junior athletes and assist college programs.

Her commitment to fostering fair environments stems from her own experiences, including overcoming challenges as one of the shortest outside hitters at the Division I level. She aims to create supportive environments where aspiring athletes feel empowered to excel at all levels of their playing careers. Witnessing athletes evolve and realize their potential brings her immense joy, and she values the opportunity to instill leadership and teamwork through the medium of sport.

With over a decade of coaching experience across various levels, Justine has coached boys' and girls' volleyball teams, including managing multiple teams simultaneously. She is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the Houston Force family!
