Please bring to tryouts the following:

$500 deposit check upon accepting
spot on team if offered the day after. Will also take credit card for deposit.

If you can't make it to our OPEN Tryouts, we highly suggest getting evaluated at our EARLY Tryout! This will allow us to place you on a team during tryouts.
Can't make it June 11th either?
Make sure to check out our MAKE-UP Tryouts on
July 9th from 3:00-6:00pm at Faith West Academy.
