For most clubs, August through October is considered the “off-season.” But not at Houston Force.
Here, we treat fall like what it really is: a golden opportunity to build stronger skills, better habits, and more confident athletes—before the next competition season even begins.
Why Fall Training Makes a Difference
Fall Training at Force isn’t just an open gym or extra reps. It’s a structured, progressive 4-week program designed to elevate athletes between the ages of 12–18—whether they’ve played club before or are just beginning to take the sport more seriously.
Each week builds upon the last, with intentional focus on key skill areas:
6:00–7:00 PM: Passing & Serving
7:00–8:00 PM: Hitting & Setting
This balance of foundational and advanced work is what helps our athletes walk into the next season already sharper and more prepared.
Train Smarter. Train Together.
The atmosphere during Fall Training is focused, supportive, and motivating. It’s a chance to train with coaches who care about long-term athlete development—not just short-term wins.

“Fall Training is where we catch the details. We work with athletes on the small things that often get overlooked—like footwork, body control, and mental focus. It sets them up for success in everything that comes next.”— Coach Brittany, Fall Training Director
